The driver was very kind, friendly, yet extremely professional and helpful which was appreciated especially since my husband is not a frequent traveler, much to his surprise he even called that evening to ask how his trip back home went, he had been a bit concerned due to extremely long security lines at Logan that morning.

I recently called Logan Dependable Ride for a pickup in Fall River to Logan. I found the entire process to be professional and pleasant. I received confirmation and reminder texts. The driver was competent, helpful, and kind. I would use them again when in the area.

This service is awesome. I travel frequently between Washington, DC and Quincy, MA. My driver was professional, courteous and best of all - on time. He knew the best means to get me to and from the airport in all kinds of traffic. I am sure all drivers provide the same level of service but if you can - request "Mo" - he is the best!

This was the most amazing service ever!  Not only did I get three wake up calls (my ride was picking me up at 5 AM) because I didn't answer my phone (I was in the shower), I arrived at the airport with ample time to spare.  For my pick up, I had broken my foot on my trip and required additional assistance, the driver waited for me and proceeded to bring my luggage up three floors at midnight!   Not only would I use this company again, I will recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

My husband and I used Logan Dependable Ride to and from Logan for a trip last week, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. We had a very early pickup - 3:45 am - and the driver, Mo, was right on time (even a few minutes early) and extremely pleasant. The car was clean and comfortable, Mo was an excellent driver (unlike many other taxi drivers we've had in Boston), and he got us to the airport quickly and smoothly.

Great ride, driver knew the streets and short cut to get to the airport. Mo, who was our driver was very knowledgeable about the area and was courteous. Cost was reasonable and car was clean.
